I was delighted when this arrived, so much nicer than the standard one the fitbit comes with, it looks great with my other bangles. The major problem is the clasp is not very good and it must have dropped off my wrist more than half a dozen times now, even though I am very careful to hear it click, my real concern is that one time I will not notice, also when it hits the floor the device comes out as well as the little clasp on the 'basket' bit pops open, so far I have found it every time but I am holding my breath that I don't loose the bangle forever one of these days. I have thought about taking it to my jeweller to see if he can put a safety chain on it, it might be a good product development for this bangle, at the price I shouldn't have to. Next Day That seriously tempted fate as I lost the bangle completely somewhere in France the next day, I had decided I was going to return it and go back to my pink rubber one. I cannot afford to buy again, the Fitbit device Excellent, bracelet should be removed from sale in my opinion.
Looks very stylish and the finish is durable, unfortunately the clasp comes undone very easily. I am afraid of losing both the tracker and bracelet which would be a very expensive loss! A more secure fastening system would make this item worth five stars
this bangle looks good but the catch is rubbish it drops off so many times as does the silver one i bought i dropped off yet again today and the bangle broke in two at the hinge i cant find out where to send it back can anyone help
Agree with so many others - there must be a design fault as the bangle regularly opens up as well as the compartment where the fitbit is, although this does not open as frequently as the bangle itself. Anyway long and short is now that i have lost both my fitbit and the bangle, very disappointed.
gave this to my partner at Christmas and she loves it, and it's too early to tell how well this will age. But you can buy cheap generic copies for fifteen quid, and the come in all the colours the genuine FitBit one does; silver, gold, rose gold. in comparison, near seventy quid for this seems steep. Time will tell if it's worth it, I'm guessing it won't be.
