Good range of exercises, but fast pace

As a relative novice to these workouts I found my knee was giving me problems after the initial work-outs so presumably I'm not doing something quite right....... unfortunately there is not much attention given to correct forms of the workout or possible mistakes as the emphasis seems to be on speed. I have not found the same problem with another gym dvd I got recently. I found the speed of the exercises demonstrated was discouraging and unattainable to sustain for a 'beginner'. I find the 30 secs reps used in this DVD less achievable than the 20 secs reps I have been using on alternatives. I'm hoping that in time I will be able to broaden my range of exercises to include some from Joe Wick's DVD, but not ones that might damage my knees etc....
