The only thing that beneficial from this is that Amino Energy improves mood and boosts a little energy. First at all - it definitely improves mood - that is why i love it! I don't use this as sports
or muscle pump up supplement but rather then as nootropic stuff for my brains! Believe or not - you can use this for your mental performance! I suggest to add 2 tee spoons to one cup of warm (not hot not could) water, stir it well, drink it and feel the mood as it rises up and lasts for many hours. Do it, repeat it 3 times per day, do not overdose otherwise you will not feel the desired nootropical effect.
