A little disappointed...
on 22 July 2014
I'm an avid fan of the New 52 Nightwing series, but I found that this one didn't fall into the standards as the other ones did. The artwork's great and everything, but the storyline lacked and it wasn't as gripping and interesting as I thought it would be. For the people who have read the previous volume, a certain character pops up at the very end and he's the main reason for Grayson's location in this volume. You hope it to be quite an interesting face-off, but that's certainly not what happens. Instead, it's all political and focuses more on the villain of the volume and the goings-on of the area he's in than Nightwing himself.
I hope that the next volume will move away from this area and get back on track because it'd be a shame for a great hero to fall in such a way.
