I've always known the harm that sugar can bring but don't know how to properly get on a sugar detox. This guide gives me a quick overview of what to expect out of a sugar detox and what I would experience during and after a detox so that I can be mentally prepared. Also, I am happy that this guide includes some easy recipes to follow. That really saves me a lot of time.
Purchased this book as ive been trying to reduce my sugar intake for sometime as my family has a history of diabetes. Provided some nice background as to the dangers of excess sugar and the meal plans were a good way of starting to try and increase my self discipline. Hopefully I can get to day 21!
