I have experienced intense anxiety in my life, and I think this short book will be very useful to people who are looking for some techniques to overcome their problem. The book covers healthy eating (wholefood diet), exercise, CBT, and herbal remedies as effective ways to reduce anxiety. Everyone will have to experiment and discover which methods are best for them, but as an introduction to the various anti-anxiety tools that are available, this book is very successful.

It's Good starting point to understand what anxiety is and what can help it. Have taken lots of notes :)
