Jenna is the kind of heroine I can really relate to, she's not really self confident because she has been knocked down so many times, but the really important thing is she keeps getting up and when the going gets tough she fights, yes I can really relate to her.
As for Erik who wouldn't fall for someone like this first description of Erik, "He was big, muscular, and completely naked.” As well as being strong, sincere and loyal and the Alpha.
The tigers tale drew me in from the beginning and the writing kept me until the end, all the characters were wonderfully alive like Elder Brahm “He stood there in his faded cloak and trademark walking stick, tall and wiry as ever. He'd lost weight and gained several inches on the tangled gray beard reaching to his stomach since I'd last seen him.” I can just picture him with these words.
If you like shifter stories then this is a must read in an exciting story that has some steamy romance, exciting adventure and characters that you will fall in love with.

This is an exciting adventure packed tale. Jenna's been saved twice by the lovely alpha Erik but she's fighting in her own mind with her human and tiger side. Eventually she listens to Erik and holds tight to the tiger, her confidence excels. I love books like this that get straight into the plot, great shifter tale.

TOP 50 REVIEWERon 28 March 2014
Jenna is a curvy half blood tiger shifter who's been struggling, lost after the death of her human mother she's never known another shifter and is lonely. It's due to this loneliness and her need to be wanted that she trusts the wrong person and finds herself drugged, caged and on her way to Alaska to be bait, bait to catch more shifters.
In Alaska she meets the man of her dreams, alpha Erik Nordclaw and she finally feels as if she's where she's supposed to be for the first time in her life, Jenna feels she has a real chance at happiness and love but is it all too good to be true...
This is an enjoyable quick free read, the characters are likeable and it's got enough story to keep you going.

This shifter romance is a mesmerizing and intriguing weretiger read. Jenna’s finally found a place to call home, a place of shifter like her and to her everlasting happiness she’s found a strong alpha mate. Then a devastating prophecy starts come true putting all of the tigers in danger and threatening Jenna’s new found sense of belonging.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers entertained with lots of suspense, action, drama, betrayal and romance. The author brings the fascinating Tiger Tree to life with well written scenes and images which makes it easy for the reader to picture everything as if they are part of the story. Anticipation builds throughout as danger comes from within the small tiger village and from outside humans and the strong compelling characters enchant the readers with their story as they each add their own special personalities to the story and inspire the reader’s curiosity to know more.

The chemistry between Jenna and Erik explodes off the pages and the frequent sex scenes blaze hot enough to burn the reader with red hot passion. The relationship takes a little while to really blossom as Jenna’s been raised with humans and has never really fit in causing insecurities that the reader can easily relate to and capture’s the heart.

The author has created a fascinating world of tigers in a small village setting without the characters being lost in history, they are well aware of progress, while keeping to their traditions and living a full life. The author adds spice with the internal challenges from another tiger that leads to a dangerous situation and really keeps readers on their toes. I was totally enraptured with this book from beginning to end and I can’t wait to read more about the tiger shifters of Tiger Tree.

Loved this story - a different one to the usual shifter romance - powerful and moving. Well written too so will look for some more from this author. Definitely recommend it.
