This is a fantastic account of some of England's greatest and most heartbreaking moments throughout the years. I have read many books covering similar ground but this is amongst the very best and at a bargain price to boot. Very insightful and concise with short, easy to read chapters including match summaries, player and manager profiles. This book does a great job of reminding us that the England national team have been very memorable and heart-warming to watch over the years and not just for the wrong reasons.
Perfect reading in the build-up to the World Cup.
