Very expensive for what it is. Also very unpractical, if there is an accident on the matt an there's always one with babies, very difficult to clean and dry as this matt is not impermeable. Wouldn't recommend it wouldn't buy it again

Made of a material similar to a wetsuit, this little mat rolls up nice and small and has impressive grip on a floor or table. Absolutely ideal for visits to relatives or using in public toilets when you're not sure how clean the baby changing facilities are.

This travel changing mat is very good and has now taken the place of the changing mat that came supplied with the changing bag we'd bought (which was an okay changing mat to start with but this is better).

Unrolled it measures a little over 2 feet long and a bit over 1 foot wide, it seems narrow but don't be put off by that as it does its function well. When it's rolled up it easily presses flatter if you're bag's tight for space and because it's neoprene it's highly flexible and foldable for carriage. Also, the neoprene is warmer to the touch than the original 'plastic' covered travel mat and it's got more reliable cushioning so it ought to be more comfortable for your little one.

If I can see any drawbacks it's that having a fabric finish might make it more prone to staining by little accidents by making any soiling more permanent but its machine washable so that hasn't yet been a problem.

Overall, I like it, it works well for us.

Travelling with a baby means lugging all sorts of nonsense around with you. A change mat was something I never thought of as most places have baby change facilities but on a recent trip in the UK and a stay at a Premier Inn, we tried this new roll and go mat for the first time. We were very impressed. Usually we take disposable change mats which are fine but they on't cover a large enough area and are no good if anything nasty makes its way onto it.

This mat folds away small enough to make it easy to travel with. It's easy to open up and extremely easy to clean. It's perhaps a tad to large to wander about towns etc with, but then there are baby change faculties everywhere.

For our family who travels a lot by car to different places this is ideal. I would recommend this if you frequently travel or even if space in your little one's bedroom is at a premium. It can be used then rolled up out the way when not needed.

This change mat is pretty small, so might not be one you'd want as your main change mat in the house. As a travel one though, or if you're short on space - this one could fit nicely. Once rolled up, it takes very little space, so could easily be kept in your change bag, or in a drawer if using in the house.

The mat is machine washable (on a 30 degree wash only), and considering it is described on the packaging as "absorbent", that is most likely a good thing - I'm not sure how much it will absorb before the smell forces a wash!

I'd be inclined to recommend this as a good travel change mat - however, a lot of change bags that I've experienced already come with a mat built in, so although this offers more padding than those built in, I guess this is probably only to be recommended to people not already using a dedicated change bag.

This a great idea - basically take the concept of a roll mat and apply it to a changing mat!

All the portable roll mats I have previously had have been folding or rolling, but they have all lacked any real padding - i.e. for softness they relied on whatever it is your are laying the mat on. Of course, a changing surfaces doesn't have to be super soft, but a bit of bounce is useful when you are laying down a baby who may otherwise bump their head, albeit relatively gently.

This mat is great because it uses a very flexible high density foam that provides that bit of padding between the baby and the changing surface. The nature of the material and the design also makes it exceptionally easy to furl and unfurl - you don't seem to have to worry about furling it too loose or too tight in order to be able to velcro it shut at the end.

The roll-n-go baby changing mat ticks all the boxes. It is ideal for travel or for anyone on the go. It is portable, light, easy to clean., and can be rolled up and placed in a bag.

It is described as being machine-washable, and although we haven't tried that yet, it certainly feels substantial enough to survive the washing machine process.

If we have any criticism at all, it would be that the mat is slightly small. Having said that, it is designed with portability in mind. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I passed this on to a young mum to use, and she said, 'I think it is a cool design. It’s easy to take around with me and easily wipes clean. I haven't put it through the washing machine, but it looks as if it would wash well. It feels nice as it isn't all plasticy and sticky like some changing mats.'

When I looked at if for myself, I thought it was a good size, but still portable, and lightly padded. It did feel soft to the touch, and I would think would feel comfortable to a baby’s skin.

This is a great product for travelling around with. It's so lightweight but still cushioning for your baby whilst changing them.

It rolls up nearly and has a little velcro clasp to keep it rolled up.

The only drawback to this is that I think it's slightly on the small side. So when you've got a larger baby at the age of 18 months, I'm not sure if this will be too small.

But all in all a great product and good value.

This changing mat is padded, machine washable and rolls up like a swiss roll. At first inspection I thought it was too small, or only suitable for children up to about 9 months, but the counter-argument to that is something bigger means more to carry.

My preference would be for something a little bigger but this is okay.
