2 weeks ago I read this, I already lost half a stone and Im so much happier as I don't look at food and feel depressed that I can't eat anything nice. I truly have changed my mind set altogether which is fab as I've lost 4 stone in total in the last 8 months but started to feel myself going back to old habits and giving up on everything I had already achieved. Everything Paul advised in this book is amazing and I feel it truly does work!

Used to own this years ago and found my eating habits changed a lot. Now I need a retune in my mind so got a new copy.
Not thin yet, but it's no magic potion, it just reprograms your mind into making the right choices without banning anything you love.

This book is brilliant! I bought this not for weight loss as I’m already pretty slim, but because I have been gorging myself regularly for years and every weekend would be ‘naughty’ and stuff my face. I didn’t feel in control and my weight would go up and down

Now, having read this book and listened to the hypnotic track each night (if you don’t have a CD player, you can just download his app for a few quid and use that instead), I am so relaxed around food, I enjoy food so much more and can eat what I want. For example I’ve been out for 3 pub meals this weekend (this would usually be a bit minefield and stress me out as I'd lose control and then feel fat) and each time would order exactly what I want and just leave some if I was full. This has never happened before! I’m actually being more adventurous with food rather than just eating ‘safe’ foods to attempt not to gorge

It’s been 4 weeks now, no over eating or even feeling too full (or even feeling that hungry) and I have also lost a few pounds which is nice. I cant believe how little I need to eat to feel full

I have also felt much happier which i think is from listening to the track each night

I was very cynical about this book but you don’t need to believe it, you just need to follow his instructions. A truly life changing book, thank you PM

Paul McKenna is a genius - why don't GPs tell patients to use his system? It works! I am only two weeks into the 90-day course and have already lost about 6 pounds - I have about 1.5 stones to lose so this is a healthy and sustainable weight loss. It really is a fantastic, happy and healthy way to lose weight - the only way. Forget being miserable on expensive diets - relax, enjoy life and follow this system to reach your ideal weight with minimal effort! And see the smile on your face broaden as your clothes become comfortable again - I only wish I had kept more of my smaller clothes as I can now fit into them! Your search for a weight-loss system that works ends here - buy this book NOW!

I wanted to write this from someone who is not overweight in fact I am a 31 year old guy in fairly good shape, I'm no way overweight so your probably wondering what benefit I could of had from Paul's I can make you thin book. Well I have been emotionally eating for nearly two years I have been really unhappy in my personal life and resorted to food to fill the void. I have tried everyday of stopping my out of control eating and I have never found a way until I started reading Pauls book. I have been using it for a week and it has so far eliminated my negative thinking where I would reach for food. Paul's teaches to eat only when you are hungry but the biggest thing that has so far turned things completely around for me was eating consciously enjoying every mouthful amazing absolutely amazing! By just doing this it has stopped my binge eating, I can't believe it. I have been listening to the mind programming cd most nights which has got me motivated in the weights room again at the gym. I feel so much better in myself and can I just point out again that I have only been doing this since last Thursday! Paul's uses NLP which in my opinion is the best thing you can do to change your negative thinking. For those who are overweight you don't need any other self help book this is all you need. Buy this and just watch how quickly things change for you In relation to food. Thanks Paul!

Really impressed with this. I read through the book quickly before I listened to the CD, and have since read through it thoroughly. I listen to the CD most nights now and will re-read the book every now and again.
I haven't lost any weight yet and have been using it a few weeks. But I really am starting to feel differently about eating. I still make mistakes but I'm much more disciplined. I find it easier to resist food when I'm eating for the wrong reasons.
It's not a miracle worker but I can imagine this would help anyone committed to reading the book and listening to the CD. Even if your not a believer of hypnosis.
I think it's going to take me to introduce an exercise routine to lose the weight but still pleased with the affects so far.

Things like alcohol and coffee not covered as far as I can see. Many people do have these vices. To say a person could have alcohol so long as hungry would be a bit daft cos that is not the motivation for drinking it usually but its still calories... just as an example is a bit simplistic. Unless ive missed something its not mentioned. But also good things in the book and a good positive idea. Still working at it And find disc uplifting and relaxing.
