When the Germans invaded Holland, Corrie and her family helped hide Jews in the "Angel's Den." She was imprisoned in February, 1944 and eventually moved to Ravensbruck. When finally released at the end of December, 1944, Corrie returned to Holland to help survivors.

Throughout her life she visited 60 countries sharing her incredible story, eventually settling in Orange County, California.

An INCREDIBLE story! Suitable for the whole family, we read this during family devotions. Challenging, real and a testimony to how God can take an ordinary person and change them into an extraordinary person for HIM!

A good abbreviated life story of an inspiring lady who triumphed over horrendous circumstances. Adults need to read it before giving to v. young children.

This book is so inspirational. Corrie was such a mighty woman for God. Her faith in God never wavered. The way she was able to not only forgive her persecutors but she also went round the world teaching people to forgive their enemy's. This book is great for people who want to know the truth of what happened to the Dutch people during the 2nd world war

Very encouraging to read! Corrie and her family stayed faithful to God under terrible circumstances. We can all have faith like The Boom family.

A wonderful testimony of patient trust in God in a situation of utter despair in a Nazi prison and concentration camp.

Corrie Ten Boom`s story is a very interesting book and I recommend it greatly .She was alive in the second world war and fort for the right of Jews . She is a fascinating person and had a hard life .Her mother died when she was young .In the second world war she hid Jews and was caught. Her sister died while she was at the second concentration camp.

If you like this book then I would recommend the others in the collection of Christian Heroes now and then.
