Now you get to be the creature destroying earth rather than trying to stop it. VERY addictive game which plays kind of like those connect 3 colour games but looks more like an arcade style shootem/beaten up with you combing the colours to create big and better weapon systems on your creature to unleash even more EPIC DESTRUCTION. If you have played jetpack joyride you will know how solid and addicting there games are MUST BUY .
You are the bad guy! Apart from not being able to control Colossatron directly, this game is perfect. Ultimate replayability, Survival Challenges, upgrades, this game is the Ultimate Survival/Sci-Fi game.
If you've enjoyed Halfbrick Studio's games in the past then you're likely to enjoy this. You play Colossatron, a mecha dinosaur from outer space. Colossatron traverses the screen automatically, engaging in battle with an army while capsules in red, blue and yellow appear on-screen. When dragged to Colossatron these capsules form weapons that shoot at the enemies nearby.
Colours can be mixed together to create new ones (green, orange and purple) giving you a total of 6 possible colours. Each colour can be customised to be one of three weapons. Also if you put three colours next to each other they combine to form a larger version. Combine three large versions and they will form an even bigger weapon.
The game is a bit like a tower defense game in the sense that your main focus is on building your arsenal of weapons while they work themselves.
If it sounds like your cup of tea then by all means go for it. It's a bit of a grind to unlock the good stuff without paying similar to Jetpack Joyride. But if you enjoy those sort of games then you'll feel right at home here.
A really good and gripping easy to play game. You simply attack a fictional location and pay attention while the game is in progress, to collect power cores (weapons). My only criticisms are that you cannot control where the beast goes, you cannot reset the game data, and Collosatron is not cute enough. If you download, enjoy!
I only downloaded this game a moment ago, but already I seem to be addicted to the destruction! There is much more to it than you first think, having to judge where you place your "power cores" that's turrets to you and me. Truely a game for those who like a challenge, or for kids that need to pass time. 4/5
