This is written by an American so it is not the best book for UK bushcraft (hence why I have given it 4 stars), but I found it very interesting nevertheless. The section on Dutch Ovens is good.

The author runs bushcraft courses in Arizona, including for Special Forces, and is clearly very knowledgeable. This book allows you to tap into that knowledge.

The book is short - just 61 pages.

The author lists the equipment that he uses, which is boring for anyone not into bushcraft to read but extremely helpful to anyone else.

I found it helpful and worth reading.

Boring book that claims to be based on bush craft but is really a few very general hints and tips by someone who clearly like flexing his ego and publishing it!

Nothing new here - indeed not really much of anything at all - beginners might benefit from reading it but anyone with any experience will probably be more knowledgable
