A Night, A Secret… A Child:
I didn't really get this relationship between Nicholas and Serina. It just seemed so horrible and cruel. I got that they were sweethearts but then they both seemed really selfish and cruel and I think they both deserved each other. To get married knowing she was pregnant with another mans child and then pass that child off as his was disgusting especially as she didn't even give Nicholas a chance to show if he would support her. I can't believe they get a happy ever after and everyone is happy. Weird.
One night ... Love child:
Absolutely loved this book. Sara and Flynn seemed so grounded and a perfect match. They were down to earth and were good for each other. They reasoned and because of that Liam was secure and loved. They didn't allow their feelings and hurts to cloud the importance of being together for liam's sake. I loved that they both had a little angst and some teary moments and finally were brave enough to love each other.
The French aristocrats baby
The story between etiennne and Gwendoline seemed a bit historical as opposed to modern. He was the count and very old fashioned and she was the working chef who didn't want his money or influence and got it anyway. She also happened to be a burgundy and let him get her pregnant by accident do he could take over her whole life. Really could not empathise with the characters seemed a bit stilted and rushed in some parts. Written well but hot my style.
