I am delighted with the replacement and the service I received

Although the battery died after 3 hours on my purchase, I contacted the seller Daffodil who asked me to try resetting the battery and if it still did not work they would replace it. Well, after resetting it was still dead so I emailed them and they told me they would send a replacement out straight away. True to their word, They did, it came the next day. Daffodil, your customer service is 100%, if only other sellers had your ethos. I am delighted with the replacement and the service I received. I will definitely buy from Daffodil again. One very happy customer who will spread the word about your excellent service. Thank you.
