As a sufferer of anxiety, I found this book to be a bit basic. I already knew everything I was reading. It was good for those who need to find out a bit more information about the subject matter - maybe a friend or relative who is trying to understand what you're going through but for me, it didn't help relive my anxiety symptoms.

This book really broke down all the issues when faced with a panic attack. It goes through how to take control of your mind. How to clear your mind and be panic attack free. The tips and tools it offers will really help you with your panic attacks. It is early days for me yet but I have already felt much better since using some of the techniques in the book.

The language was much too complicated.I ended up none the wiser.The only chapter worth reading was about which substances to avoid.
