OK, but needed new battery & can report impossible 200-220 bpm
on 9 January 2017
It had no instructions but was easy to pair with my TomTom watch. As comfortable as can be expected from a chest strap. It came with a dead CR2032 battery.
I use it for running, where it gives impossibly high readings (200-220 BPM) for the first 10-20 minutes of every run. It works fine if I walk the same routes, so either I'm Superman or the chest sensors are going haywire at the run start. Wetting both chest and sensors cuts the duration of the high readings, so I guess the problem is contact. I'm tall and thin & run hard, so maybe the strap and sensors assume a different chest physiology & less energetic exercise. YMMV.
It works fine for walking & sleeping.
