I can only agree with the other reviewers. I have hundreds of bootleg tapes and CD, of many bands, and most of them sound better than this. It's a real shame, because the performance itself is great, and it would be wonderful to have a decent sounding recording of a live Montrose gig - but this isn't it.

I actually find it hard to believe that this is a legal release, and Amazon should really stop selling shoddy material like this. Had I bought this from a car boot sale, or some dodgy record fair, I would have expected something of poor quality, but a full priced CD from Amazon should be better than this.

Fully agree with the previous reviewer, the quality of sound is very poor it sort of sounds as if the band are a long distance from the singer and in a huge box.
Unless you are a Montrose completist I would avoid this.

I had a copy of this on cassette 20 odd years ago. This is appalling in comparison to a copy of a copy of a copy tape. Sounds like it has been recorded through a wolly sock. Has hardly any level on the left had channel.

This has got to be the worst quality recording I have heard in a long time. It says on the cd case "Not for sale in North America". Lucky them, it is such a shame as all the songs on this apart from 3 are off Montrose's first album, which is a classic. This cd makes them sound like some really awful band recorded in a shoe box. I would avoid this like the plague
