This book gives an account of the changes that happen when we live mindfully. Mindfulness is believed currently to be one of the most powerful forces of change and growth in human behaviour and a route out of depression and anxiety. This account tells us exactly what it means in everyday life. It also reminds us of our capacity for choice over our thoughts which I often forget. I loved also the way it reminds us to act from love and not hide that force inside all of us. Again, like the author's 'Be Happy in 24 Hours' I loved the succinctness. A lot of wisdom compacted into something I can easily and speedily read and absorb.
I love this book. It reminds me to be conscience in choosing to be all that I am and that always improves my day. I think it would be impossible to read this book and not be in an elevated mood or state once consumed. When read with intelligence this book gives you exposes a tool available to all that can vastly improve your daily life.
