I am sad to say this book was very disappointing. I followed the recipes to the letter, and they were doughy, heavy and unpleasant, will retry some time in case my ingredients were not the best, but having done various others from other books, successfully, I feel the fault has to lie with this book.

Great recipes for me as an alternative to the usual unhealthy foods with wheat. Making the flour is easy- just blend dry almonds to a fine flour and hey presto, you're done. Great for coeliac so as well as it's gluten free.
