I bought my boots just over a year ago. They are lovely & warm, a bit heavy & clumpy, but I sort of expected it. Early on some of the trim around the edge of the sole started to lift off & there was a hole that let water in beside the tongue. I never got round to sending them back as I could live with this, at the same time deciding to buy something else next time. Today the extra layer on the toe has started to lift off. They won't hold out water there now either. I don't think I'll be using when my new boots arrive next week. I live in Dorset & walk across fields with my dogs, walk along the shingle or sandy beaches, occasionally walk over rocks. I would say that boots don't get a difficult life. It isn't really good enough. Karrimor used to be a lot better.
comfortable to wear. but the boot is very poor quality. the rubber on the back of the boot has split wide open and some of the white stuffing is hanging out. I have only had them since 27 January 2018 and I don't wear them every day
