One of my all time favourite Pomp albums. The classically trained Brad Loves musical vision for me at times brings to mind The Beach Boys and The Beatles all be it on steroids as well as the other bands mentioned above ie Queen, Sparks, Yes [rickenbacker bass lines] brilliantly produced by Gary Lyons, Starcastles second and best Fountains Of Light, Trillion and UFO among others. This is one album you really must hear if you have an affinity for this kind of music. For some reason they have not used the original front cover with the jet taking off with giant bird wings which you got with the limited Sony release back in 2001 but instead are using the back of the original cover as the front. After this you should get Ambition which is a collection of previously unreleased material that they recorded leading up to this album, the earliest track dating from 75, then a session in 77 and then 79. Brad Loves first official solo release colours masterpiece from 83 is also worth a listen.
