Not much to say about this product, other than it'll let you get more gains from your multigym workouts by making it less tedious and tiring on your hands and feet during repetitions. Aside from this helping to reduce injury from straining, it lets you work out for longer or at least more efficiently than before.
If you have a multigym and not one of these, buy one. If you're thinking of buying a multigym, buy one, since they don't tend to come with these kinds of accessories (unless it's a very swanky one.)
There are multigym workouts for which this attachment is pretty much required - one for example being where you hold the stirrup and amount of weight you would like in one hand, standing sideways to your multigym, and then lean to the side (opposite to the side you are holding the stirrup with) while lifting the weights at the same time - for tightening and working out side muscle groups.
The attachment itself is a lump of metal. It's not going to break or damage or warp without you trying very very hard to do so - it will probably last you a lifetime.
