The best recipe book on my shelf..

This recipe book is the ideal inspiration for meals for my husband and me, it is packed full of tasty ideas and quick supper dishes. Last night we had sea bass baked on a bed of tinned flagelot beans, butter and tarragon - 3 simple ingredients which made a delicious meal. It is full of recipes which you can almost make from fridge and store cupboard ingredients, all cooked in less than an hour.
