I loved reading about this personal story and I think it is a good guide to help you get started on the diet. It gives you all the ins and outs about the diet with very practical tips on how to do it.

Just as well this book is so cheap really. The author states in the book - 'much of this information comes from other books and resources about the diet', which is exactly what it is - gleaned/copied from other sources. There are a handful of recipes, and very basic information about the diet, and a brief story of the authors experience. Another Kindle disappointment.

Very interesting easy read. Good insight on what foods are beneficial and which foods to avoid. After all painkillers n hormone pills that dont ease the pain and improve my lifestyle I will try changing my eating habits to hopefully be in control of my body and feel normal again. Thank you Kathy McKay you really have done your research. X

Nothing different from what I knew before but for people that don't know about how food has effected the pain of endometriosis it is a good start, follow these guidelines, it really does help!!

Its ok, lots of info but i have red better books before this one. I will try some recipes definitely
