Typical Michael Freeman. If you're interested in low-light photography, buy this book. The format (pocket guide) is perfect. No, sorry, not quite: needs a torch to read it in the field. Just buy it.

This for any photographer needing to take images in poor light. It is written well with clear pointers on how to manage various situations.

I'm only about a third of the way through the book, however I've already had plenty to contemplate and try to incorporate into my own photography.
This is the second Michael Freeman book I've read, and both have shown that the author has a vast knowledge of the subject and the books are well written and enjoyable to read.
If you're looking for a "do this" guide then maybe other books would be better, however if you're looking to understand what you are doing, why you're doing it, and improve the standard of your photography, then this is for you.
I have the Kindle version, and as with other books of this type the quality of the images could be better.
