Beware - Broken 4 times in 3 years !

In the three years I have had this iron it has broken 3 times - and in fact just broke AGAIN this weekend !! Expect now it is perhaps not under warranty so to replace it is very expensive. The problem always seems to be the steam feed from the water into the lead - but a slightly different issue each time. Sending back to Philips meant I was always without a product for 2 - 3 weeks on every occasion. Now its happened again ! Cannot believe such a highly priced item has let me down like this. I have never been this unlucky with an electrical product.
Would def not recommend as not reliable.
