Great product but my main issue with it that when scoring with the scoring tool you have to be very careful as it is very easy to create a tear in the paper even when applying relatively low pressure. Whether this is due to the tip on the end of the scoring tool being too narrow or poorly designed or the groove being the incorrect width for the tool I can't say but it is safer to use a blunter scoring tool to avoid damaging the paper.
When making larger envelopes with paper sizes of 10 inches or more, on 2 of the scores required, the paper extends beyond the end of the scoring groove, so the board would be much useful if it had been made 4 inches wider to accommodate the larger paper sizes for making bigger envelopes
I would also question some of the sizes given especially for larger envelopes. Okay most times if the cards are very flat but if the card is decorated with any objects such as flowers or any stick-on embellishments then this can result in some items attached to the card protruding above its normally flat surface. In cases like these, one has to scale the size of the envelope up to accommodate these extras on the card.
