If you want science here it is. If you want a plan this isn't it.

I wanted a 20 minute plan and this didn't give me that on a plate. You have to read the book, take in the science and come up with your own plan based on that. I'm really clueless, so this wasn't my style of book and contradicted what I know about nutrition. I did take in a lot of the general ideas and with further reading after this found my ideal expercise book Instinctive Fitness by Oliver Selway. Having read both books I am now confident that I'm doing the right thing at last.
My advice then is to absorbe the relevant data Gretchen details for your own situation and use that to make a relevant book purchase on a guided plan.
