I have been using WinZip for many years and this was supposed to be an update if you had paid for new updates but if you're using Windows 7 64-bit you get an error = 5, you then have to go through a long procedure which I went through with the help desk and none of that helped. Would you believe I've gone back to WinZip 11 and that works fine.
I said to the technical people that I would stop using their product and they couldn't care less, they just ignored it and they must be shovelling in money as hard as possible. It looks as if no one is bothered to write a few more lines of code to make this work properly
