I loved using this, very satisfying

I’ve used this quite a lot. Do be prepared for a somewhat messy process though. You have to soak newspapers (shred them first) in a bucket of water for a few days. Stir on occasion. After a few days lift out...I used a trowel....and put into brickmaker....this does/can leave a spill/trail of gluey water on floor...be warned! Pack into brickmaker and bring down handle. I found standing on it squeezed out the most water (I’m 8 stone, don’t know what weight this would take). Carefully take out ‘brick’ it does seem soggy but don’t worry, leave outside in good weather to ‘harden’...I had them on an upturned plastic basket with holes in base. When dry enough I moved to shelf in shed. I spent the summer making them. I then has a wonderful winter burning them on wood stove. Very satisfying. I did try adding bits of wood shavings to the wet mix but had no success with this. The bricks wouldn’t set.
