Finding a likeness in figurines is a difficult task and this figure proves it, but it's not to shabby. The quality is good and next to a T-800 it looks nice.

Whilst this figure has turned out to be a bit of a let-down, I'm just grateful to have the first ever Michael Biehn Kyle Reese figure.

The Good:
Its a brand new figure head to toe.
He comes with his shotgun accessory which is correctly tied to a piece of (real) string and attached to inside his jacket.
He also comes with the soon to lost forever photo of Sarah Connor that is IN SCALE with the figure. Its tiny, and enjoy it while it lasts because I'm telling you, its going to get lost.
From the neck down, the sculpt and paint is very good - I love the paint splattered on his trousers.

The Bad:
Lets face it, the likeness is a disappointment. Its not a complete disaster, and NECA do have the rights to use Biehns likeness, but its just not quite there.
Try if you can to buy this figure in store. I seen ten or so of these on the shelves, all with messy paint on his head and out of all them, ONE had good paint. Even at that though, the whites of his eyes and his teeth have too much skin tone bleeding through.
Lack of articulation, especially in the legs. NECA have seriously improved in this department (see their Rocky or Predator figures for proof) and although Kyle Reese was originally sculpted with much more articulation, NECA opted to drop alot of it so it would fit in better with the rest of their Terminator figures.

Overall I say if you want a Kyle Reese figure, theres no point waiting for a better one, its not going to be happening anytime soon, so pick it up!

Not a bad figure, the paint apps are fine and the likeness is OK. Strange that the figure has a photo of Sarah Connor as in a flashback from the film it was destroyed in a fire, but it's nice to have it anyway.

Shame about the minimal articulation, though, but good for the price.

It's great to finally have Kyle Reese facing the Terminator figure . Great detail, as always by Neca. They are truly the best in the business. It's not as good as the Dutch Predator figures, but is good enough !

Neca had the same problem as Hot toys, Michael Biehn won`t sign off on his likeness and so the sculpt can only legally be a close approximation of the actor. Its a shame as otherwise its a pretty good sculpt.

ok it doesn't look like Michael beihn that much but is still a decent figure.
I would recommend to a collector.
