Perhaps I have had delivery of a bad batch. I don't know

I have bought many of these items over the last few months but 3 of them have failed so far.
Some struggle to register when plugged in and some say that they require repairing.
When I select repair it states no problem found. Perhaps I have had delivery of a bad batch.
I don't know, Kingston products are usually first class so I will continue using them for now.
