I needed a solid suitcase in a hurry and didn't know what to expect but it has been excellent. It has been to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Dubai and survived in very good condition all the transport on the airlines. It's easy to negotiate it around airports and solid enough to protect the contents. I'd certainly recommend it.
The "practically indestructible" case I received arrived damaged - see photo. This was a manufacturing fault it seems but that did not inspire me with confidence in the other claims made about this case.
I've waited about 18 months to review my Luggage X 30 and 26 inch cases, purchased initially for a Caribbean cruise in January 2016 to be able to give them a proper test. I have since used them for a long haul BA flight to Mauritius and on both occasions they cases have proved durable and robust. They are easy to manoeuvre, with strong zips and a TSA lock, useful when encountering US authorities. Capacity is excellent on both cases, with the 26 inch case able to hold around 22kg of holiday clothes. After both trips the only visible signs of use are some surface scratches. The only warning I would give is that whilst Virgin and BA accepted the large case it seems the 30 inch case is too big for a number of airlines including Air Canada, Westjet and Air Transat. Even BA and Virgin will only allow 23kg (unless you pay excessive weight charges) and in the large case 23kg will only fill about 2/3rds of the case leaving lost of space for your contents to move around.
Beautiful cases. Cases move in any direction. Amazing. I have only had cheap cases before that you have to drag behind you. Just hope they with stand all the airports through at them, as stated they will!
