... gives You all You have to know to make Your first steps into the wide wide world that is making excellent Pizzas at home.

In all the years of the culinary evolution of Pizza all around the globe, they all always share the basics: Flour dough with or without tomato sauce, cheese and everything You can imagine or not to put on it.
And the fresher the toppings are, the better Your Pizza will become...
Do not try to economize on the cheese - a mozzarella made by buffaloes is a whole world apart from cheap, yet melted cheese...

First this book introduces You to the basics:
Like the Pizza dough, how to treat Your garlic, how to marinate mozzarella if You want to, how to prepare a good Marinara aka tomato sauce and Pesto (You can also use them perfectly for Dips or on Pasta...), and a BBQ sauce.

Then there are the different styles and techniques You can chose to prepare Your pizza:
Pan Pizza, the mostly used method
Deep Dish Pizza
Stuffed Pizza aka Round Calzone
The new Stuffed Crust Pizza
Twisted Crust Pizza
Grilled Pizza
White Pizza
Follow some variations on the Pizza theme.
And Appetizers and Bonuses, like a Dessert Pizza, close the book.

It is all in Your own fantasy what You will make out of the basics.
Try a little, play a little, ask Your friends or study menues of Pizzerias.
What You need, is here in this book.

Have a good Pizza time!

This is a wonderful book for anyone who is new to pizza cooking. I used the recipes for my daughter's party. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures very clear. Highly recommended.
