My rating is based on the series as a whole as opposed to any individual book. The concept is great with 2 kids trapped in a game set in 80AD. I love how they travel the world and the inclusion of mythical and magical beings which they encounter on their travels. You actually live through the characters and suffer with them and celebrate with them. This is a perfect read for teens, young adult or adults who still enjoy computer games

A very exciting installment in the 80AD series - it gets better and better and I look forward to reading the next book.

The levels are getting harder, and the children are starting to worry about getting home.

Here the characters have moved on into Egypt. Will they pass the task that has been set or will they find themselves out of the game.
