I never thought about stress causing belly fat, but then stress is known to cause untold health problems, so this is no great surprise.

Well put together book that is very informative and will help a lot of people who have a nasty belly fat problem.

To be fair, the first half of this book was interesting as it details the chemical effects of food on our bodies, and whilst there are some interesting and valid points, it dedicates the second half of the book to meditation as a weight-loss method.

I find this rather simplistic, but then the book is free so expect an agenda - in this case the promotion of a meditation method.

Thought provoking perhaps - but not a solution for everyone.
