The acting and production quality is better than the first series. Unfortunately the cases are less interesting.

I love watching this just for the sheer nostalgia of seeing all things 70's in the courts. Needless to say I am a lawyer shamelessly adoring of all things old and traditional.

Not a bad drama series but not a match for the Crown Court series.

'Six Days of Justice' (as the blurb on the back of the DVD set makes clear)
was Thames TV's answer to that other great legal masterpiece, 'Crown Court'
and even promised 'greater authenticity' than its Granada counterpart!
I'm not too sure about that particular claim but I absolutely loved this;
such varied cases and a tremendous wealth of acting ability from both
the Bench and the dock. The theme tune is a cracker too and I even fancy
the pro-Royalist prologue to each episode: 'In the name of the Queen we meet
to seek Justice!'

You'd have to see this to notice one special thing about the conclusion to each
of these shows- but no, I won't give it away!
I seem to have made my order the wrong way round because I've not yet
got Series 1: what was I thinking of???
