BIG TROUBLES WITH PhoneEasy 715

I purchased my first PhoneEasy 715 in May 2013. As a low vision person I had researched the mobile phone market extensively and identified DORO as my best choice, readability of the display and of the keyboeard being a priority. In this respect my expectations were met in full. A minor drawback is the "search" function in the address book, which accepts only the first letter of your entry and then you have to scroll to get to the actual name of the contact.
More seriously, however, the phone developed a fault after a few uses of the headphones. The replacement set did exactly the same. I did not even try to use headphones with set number 3 but its display froze on a brightly lit blank screen that drained the battery in no time. It is now my second month with set number 4 and I keep my fimgers crossed.
In essence, I believe that the "715" has been a missed opportunity for DORO: a well specified product poorly put together: it is hard to believe that this sequal of mishaps is just a coincidence. On a positive note, I cannot praise enough the fast and attentive response I have had from liGo Amazon Marketplace, from which I purchased the item.
