A lead lined case falls into the hands of two scrap metal dealers courtesy of a robbery. Once opened they find a lump of metal which looks like a potato. Once it is established that the "potato" is in fact Uranium. They soon become aware of the value of their find and so begins a sale to the highest bidder.
A highly entertaining film based on a true story

Awful stuff this film cannot decide whether it is serious or a comedy, even the actors look confused, they try to give you the story with the kind of music you would find in a cheap 70's sitcom, it's all very odd this movie.

A plot which makes me think this cannot possibly be based on a true story, an pub told urban myth yes, but a true story never.

It was ok but not what you expect from a ray winstone film, but still worth a watch.
