I downloaded the Kindle version of this trilogy because my books were falling apart due to the number of re-reads. I was a bit disappointed at the careless proofreading and large number of typos in Volume II, especially towards the end. Volume I had some but not too bad; I haven't read Volume III yet.
But this trilogy is a hugely-enjoyable, well-written and well-constructed story - one of Rankin's finest!
If you like this sense of humour and not all do this is an exellent follow up to Armageddon 1 and still contains the main charactures plus a few new ones. You know the villan of the story will get his comeupance but you wonder just how. Barry the sprout and Elvis still as believable as ever. Great story if you enjoy Robert Rankins humour and i do
Possibly the best book I have read to date! Bob Rankin NEVER fails to make me laugh. And all the time it just gets funnier and funnier! You WILL love his twist on old jokes, running gags and impossible situations.
