Odd when non-delivery merits 5 stars, but it does.

Used these before with complete success. Latest gift went astray, then, after ensuring address etc was correct, Amazon, whose service agent had offered to replace it, but failed so to do. Called again and the agent confirmed the replacement hadn't been sent. I opted for a refund and the agent then offered me a small but welcome gift in the way of an apology. Satisfied as this gives me great confidence in the fairness of Amazon.
