It's great that this book is now on Kindle, which makes it even more useful. This is a thoroughly researched guide to pretty much everywhere you can eat in Soho and gives you a good idea of how good each place is, prices and value and when each place is going to be handy, i.e. whether it is a great place for a first date or a place where you can get something to eat if you are out very late or up really early. The author knows his food!
Kevin James knows his stuff. This food guide should be everyone's first stop when trying to find good eats in Soho. What's particularly useful about it is that it combines well written and enjoyable descriptions of the overall experience of a restaurant - decor, vibe, clientele - which is just as important as solid descriptions of the food. It gives you a good sense of what to expect when you venture out to one of the destinations.
