At first I was delivered a faulty cable which would allow me to sync my iPod but would'nt charge it as it was unrecognised. This was my second time buying a cheap ipod cable (not from the same company) and I was pretty distraught and left a unfair negative review thinking nothing of it.
This however prompted an email from a customer service rep asking me about my broken cable and why I had left the negative review. After letting the rep know of my reasoning, they informed me that they would send out a replacement cable for free via first class delivery without having to return the previous one.
After two weeks I got an email by the rep asking how I was doing with the new cable which unfortunatly, I had'nt received yet. I was going to amend my review to reflect the customer service they provided rather than the product itself as it was exemplary for 'just a cheap iPod cable'. But they turned around and said the'll send out another one, a THIRD cable for free via first class delivery which I received today and is working perfectly.
