I really love this unit contrary to some reviews it was in perfect condition when it arrived,I found it very easy to put together with easy to follow instruction so easy that I did it myself and although there were no pre drilled holes for the legs to be fitted they were easing screwed on with a normal screw driver. It looks lovely in my sitting room with the TV on the wall above.
I ordered this unit when I was changing my colour scheme and re-decorating my livingroom. It arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble, I love the look of it and it fits my tv and docking station and speakers on it beautifully. Thank you for a fantastic bargain and lovely furniture.
The lead review in here is misleading. This item is simple to assemble - including the feet - and looks good. For the cost it's a very good item, and the dark wood appearance allows it to 'hide' in any room.
We did not buy it as a TV stand; we bought it simply to replace an old bookcase in the lounge. The unit assembles by means of push-in pegs, screw-in metal pegs and actual screws, and the instructions are very simple to follow, with each actual piece of wood being labelled to make things easier. The drawer should be the most tricky, yet that not only fitted together quickly and easily, but worked perfectly.
When it first arrived, the baseboard was damaged with chips out at each corner, so we weren't impressed. However, using the Amazon email to seller service, the company responded the same evening and promised a new board. When, after 12 days, that hadn't materialised, I contacted the seller again and they promised to ship a new and perfect piece out from the company by overnight delivery. I delayed writing this review in case it didn't arrive.
At exactly the time stated it arrived and - as promised - was perfect. Removing the old board and refitting the new was a very fast operation and simple to do. Overall, this item is worth the money and certainly the seller could not have been more helpful.
