Martin Cockerham follows Spirogyra's 'Childrens Earth' with an even better collection of songs that carry a message but will also make you laugh. The guitar work vocals and backing (including in one track a whole orchestra) all combine to give you a tuneful and happy listening experience. The 'Black Knight' that featured in his last track of Spirogyra's 'Boots,Bells and Shambles' 1970s album that is coming to save 'Albion' is suggested in his last track 'Come What May' in the lyrics 'Sailors are scaling the walls, The Kingdom of Evil will fall, Creation waits humbly, The weaponless warriors of the armies of the dawn, To the gates of the storm, just like heroes of old'. Will we see more of these 'warriors' saving Albion, in the future, or is it just a hippy dream where religion replaces action. Only time will tell, come what may. New releases are looked forward to!
