This book is so much more than a chronological list of Tyson's fights. A fantastic account of Tyson's early life is given with an emphasise on his struggles with childhood and adolescence. Focusing more on Tyson's mental state rather than his physical gifts allows this book to flourish as a tale of woe rather than celebrating Tyson's prizefighting career.

I will be recommending this book to family and friends and thoroughly enjoyed the read.

This biography provides a comprehensive and detailed account of Iron Mike Tyson's life and career. It's written in a fluid and conversational manner which allows the reader to engage with the text. A very enjoyable read which I would highly recommend to any Tyson fan or boxing enthusiast.

I never knew just how interesting Tyson's life was until reading this. He is truly a unique individual that has witnessed every extreme of life, from the bright lights of fame to the lows of crime and brutal violence. This is a great read and who can complain for the price. You pay 4 times more for a magazine!

A fascinating insight into the life of the great Iron Mike Tyson. A truly great champion that could of achieved so much more had it not been for his own self discipline. Exciting to watch and considered unbeatable in his early years, he was on a par with Ali for entertainment value and opponents feared him. The biggest problem to Tyson was himself, and he spent a few years in prison in his prime. This short biography is well worth a read, however I was sad to read of the fighters demise in the sport, and losing his estimated 300million dollar wealth.

Brilliant short read about one of the Greatest Boxers of all time. I am now going to buy the full Autobiography and read that. Well worth a read for all Boxing fans and non-Boxing fans alike.

Enjoyable short story about the career of Mike Tyson, it is intended to be read in an hour so is ideal for a lunch break.
I would liked more insight into Tyson' demons which ultimately stopped him from challenging Muhammed Ali as the greatest heavyweight of all time.

This book is way to short to get to excited about. It seems to gloss over his life so far. Tyson has so much controversy and incidents to condence into a short book. Very dissapointed with it as I was expecting more.

Very interesting insight into the real mike tyson. It changed my views of him and it was good to hear the other side...not just what the press throws at us. Well worth reading.

Excellent write up, to the point and no frills. This man proved to be a monster and a great boxer. Frank Oliver got both of these attributes across wonderfully well.
