You're twisting my melon man!
on 2 March 2016
Seriously twisted, I binge watched the whole of season 1 over three days, and found myself sad but relieved when it ended. It had run its course, there was no more they could give but at least it went out with a bit of a bang.
Without giving away too much, a family move in to a haunted house and start to discover its secrets. It reminded me of a mixture of horror films, and even the TV series of shows Eerie Indiana aired around 20 years ago!
There are plenty of 'hiding behind the couch' and nail biting moments in this series, it really keeps you guessing and I think I will be subscribing to series 2 next even though it's a different context. You do have to have a tolerance to horror to be able to watch this series, there is a lot of blood and gore in it.
The characters in season 1 are intriguing and flashbacks enable the full story to be told. I think the thumbnail photo is a bit weird but it makes sense when you see the programme. There are 12 episodes in series 1, some are better than others but they all continue the story to a peak of explosion at the end. This series is from 2011.
