Get wirebound next time
on 29 May 2012
Book looks smart, paper is smooth and fairly durable - ink doesnt run through and I found can take ~5 layers of watercolour before the surface begins to suffer.
I've found the pages falling out extremely easily (from the root, not the perforations) - I'm left handed, so my left hand rests on the previous pages which, and the glue that binds the pages to the book fails, rather than the paper bend.
While the book format looks far better and takes up less space than a wirebound book, I'll not be going for a casebound pad from Winsor and Newton again.
