It is free to download so there is no need to spend a great deal of time thinking about it, just get it and get onto the first rung of the ladder to finding true peace and contentment in the present moment, being part of what is and living life beyond ego.

The cynic in me would say this freebie is designed to get you to buy some of his books :) hehe but this is a short and pleasant read. I feel quite relaxed now and hope to meditate more. I like it!

Enjoyed reading this short book which only takes 10 mins or so to read but it's thought provoking content will mean I will often refer back to it. It's in many ways a manifesto for life.. Most of it is commonsense however most of us ignore the nose on our face so one shouldn't overlook the simplicity of the some of the statements made. I've already sent a link a to this book to friends and family.

How to be calm, don't we all need to know the answer. I am a person who has to be busy busy busy, can't sit still and certainly can't sit and do nothing. This lovely book is calming, non doctrinal and non judgemental, what you are is good enough. The writing style is in itself calm and encouraging, technically you could read the book in half an hour and then take the rest of your life to absorb the message. For me, definitely a keeper

Downloaded when waiting for a plane. This is was easy, straightforward and quick to read (10 min). No strings, no deep meanings and nothing we wouldn't all benefit from. It's told me all I wanted to know and can now try
to learn more (much more) "whilst sitting quietly".

The title of this book amused me at first and amazed me after I finished reading the book as i discovered how sensibly chosen title it was. Every single word reaches your head and every single saying touches your heart. Yes one in blue jeans can be a buddha.

Beautiful and to the point. Written very simply with no frills but says everything it needs to say. Loved it.

This is a lovely book that is a mixture between poetry and buddism. I would be perfect for positive affirmations or just general mindfulness and at a steal. I would definetly recommend this book

This very short book hits it in the head: sit, notice, listen, learn, be grateful and be kind.
All of which puts a smile on your face and a spring in your step.
Now go and sit.
